FEATURES
Every color used in the applet is customizable this includes the text color, the background color, and the shadow color. The applet can be used with or without an image and with or with text. The text and the image can scroll right or left at a predefined speed independent of each other. Also the text can be aligned to the top, middle, or bottom.

PARAMETERS

Param Name Default Value Possible Values / Description
backcolor 000000 Any color value. Background color of the applet. This does not apply if the applet uses an image.
textcolor ffffff Any color value. Foreground color of the scrolling text.
shadowcolor 000000 Any color value. Color of the shadow. Does not apply if the shadow is turned off.
fgcolor_sel 0000ff Any color value. Foreground color of the selected item, or the item that has the mouse over it.
sleep 10 Any integer. This the amount of time in milliseconds that the applet pauses inbetween repaints.
imageinc 2 Any integer. This is how many pixels the image should move per repaint. positive number move the image to the right while negative number move the image to the left.
textinc -2 Any integer. This is how many pixels the text should move per repaint. positive number move the text to the right while negative number move the text to the left
text (none) This is the text string to scroll. If omitted no text is used.
image (none) This is the image to scroll. If omitted no image is used.
fontface Helvetica String of the font. Can be Helvetica, Arial, Dialog, TimesRoman, or any valid font.
fontsize 16 Any integer. Point size of font.
fontstyle bold String for font's style. Can be plain, bold, or italic.
shadow true Boolean for shadow on / off. Can be true or false.
shadowx 1 Any integer. X offset of shadow.
shadowy 1 Any integer. Y offset of shadow.
